Identify operational problems and design AI driven solutions that can be prototyped and tested with real data. Collaborate with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable and scalable systems.

- Define measurable metrics for complex problems and develop AI based solutions to address them

- Strong track record shipping working prototypes and AI driven solutions with real world data
- Experience designing and building AI driven systems that handle edge cases and failure modes in production
- Ability to think in systems with attention to second order effects and long term implications
