> ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head of Infrastructure Services will lead the development and maintenance of Crossref's infrastructure, ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our systems. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and operation of our infrastructure, including our data centers, networks, and applications. The Head of Infrastructure Services will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our infrastructure meets the needs of our members and supports the delivery of our services.

- Lead the development and maintenance of Crossref's infrastructure
- Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of our infrastructure
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our systems
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure management, preferably in a cloud-based environment
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and operating scalable and secure infrastructure
