Senior Technical Product Engineer

You will be the product team's technical interface. You will sit within product, but you will be our go-to connection with our technical team. This includes a number of domains — data infrastructure, data science, agents and the agent platform, AI, AI science, rev ops, and more. You don't have to know all of these, but you have to be comfortable interfacing with them. Your scope will generally cover: The platform itself. Architecture decisions and code review on our brokerage platform — Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/React, Postgres, Azure — alongside a team of business-minded engineers. Right now one person carries most of that. You'll carry the other half, and the two of you decide together how the system grows. The data pipeline and informatics. Specimen, slide, and clinical data arriving from suppliers and labs: intake, normalisation, storage, and the product decisions about what we keep, how we check it, and how quickly we can answer a customer with it. This is where the business's speed actually lives. The platform that builds our agents.
