CTO
> ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation at estuary. As a key member of our leadership team, the CTO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our technology roadmap, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The CTO will work closely with our engineering team to identify and prioritize technical initiatives, and will be responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with our business goals.

- Lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy and roadmap
- Oversee the engineering team and ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Identify and prioritize technical initiatives to drive innovation and growth
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development and engineering
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and driving innovation
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and experience with cloud migration and management
