> ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, ad platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, GA4 and CDP integrations with platforms such as CRMs, consent management platforms, marketing platforms and EHRs. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of marketing and privacy, helping to support clients, onboard new users, troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to product development. You'll lead the testing & implementation of new integrations to make our CDP even more valuable to our customers. You'll play a key role in shaping how marketers leverage a privacy-focused product and optimize their ad performance without compromising user data security. Ours Privacy is building the future of marketing infrastructure for healthcare. Our full-stack privacy solution is built specifically for healthcare marketers navigating today's complex regulatory environment. We offer both a healthcare-focused customer data platform (CDP) and consent management platform (CMP) in one integrated solution, empowering healthcare organizations to track, analyze and optimize their campaigns while remaining compliant with HIPAA and state privacy laws.

> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in onboarding new accounts by implementing tracking solutions using Ours Privacy.
  • Use your technical expertise with Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and more to implement and debug complex analytics setups.
  • Test and QA new integrations and create clear, user-friendly documentation for implementation.

> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS

  • Experience with server-side tracking and integrating ad platform APIs
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4, particularly in tracking, attribution, and data sharing for conversion optimization
  • A strong understanding of marketing pixels, GTM, and event tracking: how to set them up, debug issues, and ensure data flows correctly
