Tremendous is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to partner with internal stakeholders and build the foundations for AI-powered data access. The team will support multiple business areas, contribute to the semantic layer and data model, and collaborate with company-wide stakeholders. > CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to trusted, reliable data models and semantic layer coverage

Apply various analytics methods to gain insights into critical aspects of the business

Advocate for data-informed decisions by partnering with key stakeholders and senior leaders

> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS

Write sophisticated SQL with a preference for well-architected data models, optimized query performance, and documented code

Be proficient with at least one visualization & business intelligence platform

Have strong verbal and communication skills
