• Design and develop production AI systems for startups, scale-ups, and global companies.
• Work directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders to shape technical approach and outcome.

> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering and architecture
• Experience with LLM-powered products and workflows, agent architectures, and orchestration systems
• Experience with enterprise AI deployments and AI-native products built from zero to one
• Experience with machine learning platforms operating at scale
• Experience with Kafka pipeline design and implementation
