> ROLE OVERVIEW
Database and AI Support Engineer will provide technical support for Arango's contextual data platform. The team is responsible for ensuring the platform's stability, performance, and scalability. The mission is to empower enterprises to build reliable production systems for AI and machine learning applications.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for Arango's contextual data platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams to resolve product defects and improve customer satisfaction
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 5+ years of Support Engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Databases (ArangoDB, Neo4j, or similar)
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift) and Helm
