Join a fast moving, remote first team as a product designer shaping complex fintech and B2B workflows. You will influence system foundations and onboarding journeys, balancing craft with measurable impact in a collaborative environment. You will build and maintain a modular design system that powers live implementations and prototypes, design multi-step onboarding flows that adapt to modular customer needs, and apply a conversion focused mindset by measuring, testing, and refining user experiences.

> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 4-6+ years of designing complex products or workflows, especially in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or fintech domains
- Strong systems thinking with experience building and maintaining design systems for live and prototyped work
- Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring and iterating on user journeys and conversions
