As a Software Engineer at Paylocity, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Design, develop, and maintain software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Work with other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on design and implementation
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or other programming languages
