> ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Product Designer at Ceros, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative digital products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop design solutions that drive business results. Our mission is to empower our customers to create and deliver exceptional digital experiences that engage, inform, and inspire their audiences.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop user interface and user experience (UI/UX) solutions for digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 3+ years of experience in product design or a related field
- Portfolio that showcases a range of design work, including UI/UX design and design systems
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
