> ROLE OVERVIEW
You will bridge product and customer deployments, ensuring reliable production outcomes for real customers and feeding learnings back into the product. You'll own end-to-end deployments within a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on AI-powered customer communications. You will act as the technical bridge between product and customer setups and translate requirements into robust implementations. You'll lead production rollouts of AI-driven setups including workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the technical bridge between product and customer setups and translate requirements into robust implementations.
- Lead production rollouts of AI driven setups including workflows, data flows, prompts and guardrails.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and common services.
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- Several years of hands-on experience translating customer requirements into production implementation plans and deployments.
- Experience building and rolling out production AI workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails; strong knowledge of LLM applications.
- Hands-on API, webhook, and authentication experience with third-party integrations.
