This is a senior engineering role at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup, focused on building the foundational systems that power autonomous, AI-native applications. As one of the first engineers hired, you will have outsized influence over architecture, culture, and technical direction from day one. This role is focused on building the foundational systems that power autonomous, AI-native applications.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
Build frameworks and tools that enable teams to develop, test, and deploy autonomous agents.
Collaborate with product and research teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices across the codebase.
Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform roadmap decisions.
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
8 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience building or working with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, or closely related distributed systems, this is a hard requirement.
Generalist technical background spanning multiple domains, rather than a narrowly specialized deep-tech profile.
Strong systems design skills with the ability to architect for scale and reliability.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
Comfort working across the full stack, from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
