> ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is a Senior Solutions Engineer sitting inside the Commercial Organization, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to bridge pre-sales solutioning and post-signature delivery, owning the design from first discovery call through to a customer operating in production. The role involves running technical and process discovery with cross-functional customer stakeholders, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and owning the initial solution design and solution map. The Senior Solutions Engineer will also translate solution designs into scoped, sequenced statements of work and implementation plans, and partner with Sales and commercial leadership on proposals and order forms.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run technical and process discovery with cross-functional customer stakeholders across supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT to uncover current-state workflows, data sources, systems, and constraints.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations mapped to each customer's real lanes, products, and release processes rather than a generic script, and handle technical objections on the spot.
- Own the initial solution design and solution map, defining which modules apply, what data is required, which integrations are in scope, and what is phased or excluded.
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 5 or more years as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager delivering enterprise software implementations.
- Proven ability to run technical discovery with cross-functional stakeholders and translate requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
- Domain experience in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management systems and workflows.
