> ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Data Tech Lead - Databricks, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data solutions using Databricks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth and development of the team. > CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of data solutions using Databricks
- Design, build, and deploy data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- Technical Lead experience with Databricks
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
