> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop user interface components and user experiences for our platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design solutions that meet user needs
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices
