Senior Backend Engineer

You will join a European fintech startup building trust infrastructure as a Backend Engineer. You will design scalable systems that power high trust workflows and work closely with the engineering team to shape technical culture and long term architecture. You will design and implement clean, testable backend systems and APIs, architect scalable infrastructure capable of handling high trust requirements, champion testing, quality, and long term maintainability in every project, think deeply about user needs and system behavior to tackle complex problems, and collaborate to shape engineering practices and contribute to technical direction.
