Software Deployment Engineer

> ROLE OVERVIEW

> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead software commissioning of Kommand and peripheral hardware systems at customer sites.
• Deliver new Kommand installations, including application pre-configuration, database scripting, and pre-deployment testing.

> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS

• Decades of material handling and systems integration experience
• Experience commissioning warehouse execution/control software and associated hardware peripherals
• Working knowledge of SQL Server-based application environments, including SSDT schema comparison and version control practices
• Experience with formal software testing methodology (IQ/UAT), including documentation and customer sign-off processes
• Ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve live production issues under time pressure
