> ROLE OVERVIEW
We're seeking an experienced CTO to lead our engineering team at estuary. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy of the company. You will work closely with our CEO and other leaders to make strategic decisions and drive growth. Our mission is to build a platform that enables seamless data collaboration and insights.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmap and technical strategy
- Develop and maintain technical partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software engineering and architecture
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS or GCP, and experience with containerization and orchestration
