As Director of Data, you will lead our data team in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that drive business growth and inform product decisions. > CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth and inform product decisions
- Lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in data and analytics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies that drive business growth
- Experience managing and leading high-performing teams, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
