> ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a temporary recruiter or sourcing specialist to help PSI expand the top of funnel for two of our highest-priority areas: Applied AI and Core AI. This is a temporary/contract role focused primarily on sourcing, outreach, and pipeline generation. The initial focus of this role will be sourcing AI talent, hiring priorities may shift based on the needs of the business. You should be comfortable moving between searches, learning new candidate profiles quickly, and applying the same sourcing approach to other technical or business-critical roles as priorities evolve.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the Applied AI and Core AI top of funnel.
- Create AI-powered sourcing campaigns.
- Find hard-to-reach AI talent.
- Own candidate research and outreach.
- Integrate sourcing workflows with Ashby.
- Track campaign performance.
- Follow through on offers.
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- Ability to build and execute targeted sourcing strategies and candidate campaigns.
- Experience with AI-native sourcing and research platforms such as Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
- Ability to research adjacent companies, technical communities, open-source contributors, researchers, engineers, and other talent pools that could produce strong Applied AI and Core AI candidates.
- Ability to build candidate lists, prioritize prospects, write personalized outreach, and manage follow-up campaigns.
