Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the core functionality of our platform, working closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and reliable systems.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure of our platform, including APIs, data models, and database schema
- Collaborate with our frontend team to ensure seamless integration and a high-quality user experience
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to the improvement of our codebase, and help maintain our technical debt
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 3+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Go, with experience in frameworks like Spring, Django, or Revel
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns, with experience in designing and implementing efficient data storage and retrieval systems
