> ROLE OVERVIEW
We're building the first product built for the new reality of AI, monitoring known and unknown paths, at every level of the stack: from kernel to the network. We enable agentic teams to run just as fast, while giving them the data and controls they need to stay secure. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take our MVP solution to scale. The CEO will set the vision, build a world-class team, and establish the leading platform for AI agent security & governance.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute on existing enterprise design partnerships and commercial pipeline to bring the MVP to market
- Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy
- Lead fundraising efforts in collaboration with the founding team and investors
- Drive the overall company vision, culture, and performance
- Recruit and lead a high-caliber founding team across product, engineering, and GTM
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- Demonstrated success in building early-stage ventures or leading 0-to-1 product launches
- Proven track record leading a business as CEO, GM, or senior executive with P&L ownership
- Fluency in enterprise B2B sales cycles, particularly selling to CIOs/CISOs
- Experience working on products where developer trust and community are table stakes (such as OSS)
- Experience raising venture capital or strategic funding
