> ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design for HighLevel's core platform experiences, mobile experiences for native platforms and design system team. This role will report to the Senior Director, Product Design and manage approximately 8 product designers across the United States and India. This is a craft-driven senior design manager role for someone who can help create a step change in HighLevel's design practice. The ideal candidate brings exceptional aesthetic judgment, visual craft and interaction-design taste, plus the leadership ability to turn those standards into better work from the team.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design execution and quality across three connected areas: core platform experiences, mobile experiences for native platforms, and design system team
- Line manage the design system team and help level up design system strategy and execution
- Help create a step change in HighLevel's design practice by bringing exceptional aesthetic judgment, visual craft and interaction-design taste
