> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in-house counsel or a law firm.
