Field Implementation Specialist
> ROLE OVERVIEW
ODIN is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Field Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating our AI-powered security platform with our customers' existing systems. You will work closely with our customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Our mission is to provide security for the new era of critical infrastructure, and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to help us achieve this mission.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and integrate ODIN's AI-powered security platform with customers' existing systems
- Work closely with customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions
- Provide training and support to customers on the use of the ODIN platform
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as field implementation or technical sales
- Strong technical skills, including experience with AI-powered security platforms and integration with existing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
