Lead the Prepaid Cards team at Tremendous, a global platform for businesses to send payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. The team is responsible for processing millions of cards a year and expanding into new card types and countries. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the team's technical quality, grow engineers' careers, and report to the Director of Engineering.

Lead the Prepaid Cards team

Grow engineers' careers through 1:1s, feedback, and coaching

Own technical quality through code reviews, architecture decisions, and setting standards

> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS

8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years leading a team as a manager or tech lead

Great technical judgment and ability to explain technical approaches

Strong communication skills and ability to write technical briefs
