> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the creative vision, planning, and execution of two company-wide offsites each year for approximately 175 people.

Research potential destinations, find great hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment.

Manage complex logistics from start to finish, including accommodations, transportation, vendors, meals, accessibility, contingency planning, and onsite execution.

> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS

2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate setting.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to manage a substantial event budget and make decisions about spending.
