> ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Junior Developer Relations Advocate at tyk, you will be working closely with our developer community to build and maintain strong relationships with our users. This role is a key part of our Developer Relations team, which is responsible for ensuring that our users have the best possible experience with our products. You will be working with a talented team of advocates, engineers, and designers to create engaging content, develop and execute community-building initiatives, and provide top-notch support to our users. If you are passionate about building strong relationships with developers and have a knack for creating engaging content, we want to hear from you!
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute community-building initiatives to engage with our developer community
- Create and curate high-quality content (blog posts, social media, videos, etc.) to educate and entertain our users
- Provide top-notch support to our users through various channels (email, chat, social media, etc.)
> HARD REQUIREMENTS & SPECS
- 1-2 years of experience in a developer relations or community-building role
- Strong understanding of software development and the developer ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
